    Hi, my name is Ivy Njerenga-Nzanga.

     

    I am a highly seasoned professional in the realms of client service, event planning, and media management, with a proven track record spanning over a decade across Kenya, Uganda, and Ghana. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of collaborating with clients across a wide array of industries, including FMCG, Banking/Finance, Pharmaceutical, and Telecommunications.

     

    My unwavering commitment to innovation and an unrelenting passion for success have been the driving forces behind my professional journey.     PHD is a planning-led media agency built on a culture of smart strategic thinking, creativity, and innovation to deliver effective solutions for the business needs of a diverse client base. It is one of the most acclaimed media and communication agency networks worldwide.

     

    Responsibilities: Media Planning, Analysis and Client Services Management

    • Managed the media planning, budgeting, and analysis for one of the largest alcoholic and water beverage company in Ghana.
    • Managed the media planning, budgeting, and analysis for one of the leading indigenous financial institutions in Ghana.
    • Prepared in-depth media landscape and rationale reports for the clients of PHD Ghana.
    • Lead incharge of Client Service and Account Managements.

     

    Achievements

    • Directly managed the account of one of the largest alcoholic beverage and water companies in Ghana, contributing to an astounding 50% of PHD's total revenue.
    • Implemented critical and highly successful campaigns for four (4) of PHD's top clients, making significant contributions to PHD's overall revenue.
    • Launched and managed one of the most remarkable consumer media campaigns in 2013/2014 for a financial institution in Ghana, setting new standards for success in the industry.

    Kommunication Ultimate is the publishing company of CIO East Africa magazine, a leading magazine for Information and Communications Technology (ICT) industry in East Africa.

    • Drove sales and marketing efforts for Kommunication Ultimate Ltd services, particularly focusing on the CIO East Africa Magazine.
    • Led the strategic planning and successful execution of company events, overseeing all aspects from inception to post-event reporting.

    A company event or client event is an important social tool that can be used to build relationships that grow your business.

    A successful event has the ability to bring in new business and keep your customers coming back. It can also be used as a motivational tool for your employees.

    I can plan and manage events for you by contacting vendors, budgeting, booking venues, and ensuring a smooth running of the event from start to end.

    Sales and Marketing are important functions in every business.

    Sales is responsible for generating revenue for any organization charged with selling its products and/or services, while Marketing is responsible for making customers aware of your brand's products and services.
    I can assist the sales and marketing teams come up with a plan or strategy on how to get your product or service known by existing and prospective clients, and to close the deal with the clients.

    Team management is the ability to manage and coordinate a group of individuals to perform a task.

    This involves teamwork, communication, objective setting, and performance appraisals. To manage a team one should also be capable of identifying problems and resolving conflicts within a team.
